1. Services Provided

Kremer Aesthetics offers aesthetic skincare treatments, including (but not limited to) facials, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare consultations, and retail product sales. Services may only be performed on clients who meet eligibility and safety requirements. All treatments are performed by a licensed aesthetician.

2. Booking & Appointments

• Appointments can be booked online or directly with Kremer Aesthetics.
• You agree to provide accurate personal information when scheduling.
• Appointment reminders may be sent via email or text.
• A credit card may be required to secure your booking.

Kremer Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments for any reason.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect provider time, cancellations must be made within the required time window listed on our booking platform.

• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee charged to the card on file.
• Repeated no-shows may result in limited future booking availability.

4. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept major forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods.
• Retail product purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

5. Client Responsibility & Treatment Eligibility

By receiving services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will disclose accurate and complete health information during consultations and intake forms.
• You will follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided.
• Certain treatments may not be suitable for all clients, and Kremer Aesthetics may decline service for safety reasons.
